The week's ~13k lines of churn are almost entirely a sweep across the charm's stable branches, with dedicated "Cleanup CI" patches landing on Master, Caracal, Bobcat, Antelope, Zed, and Yoga. Each branch saw a large rewrite of its CI configuration — the Yoga pass alone added ~2,200 lines — bringing the per-release pipelines back into a working state in lockstep.

Tox and requirements refresh. Following the CI sweep, six branches each got a tox.ini update and regenerated requirements, with the Master refresh notably larger (+785) than the backports. Five further one-line patches add HOME to passenv for the classic charms so that zaza functional tests can run, and a companion change wires *_proxy envvars into tox passenv for proxied environments.

Nothing functional landed in the charm itself this week — the activity is entirely test-tooling maintenance fanned out across six supported releases.
