Tooling and CI. The week was almost entirely a sweep across the charm's stable branches to refresh CI configuration. Six large cleanups landed in parallel for master, Caracal, Bobcat, Antelope, Zed and Yoga, together moving roughly 13,000 lines of test scaffolding — see the master cleanup at https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/charm-keystone/+/990772. Each branch was treated independently rather than via a single backport chain, reflecting the divergent state of per-release test rigs.

Test environment plumbing. On top of the branch cleanups, six near-identical patches added
HOME
to
passenv
so that zaza-based functional tests can run under tox for classic charms, and another change extended
passenv
with the
*_proxy
variables. A matching set of six
tox.ini
refreshes regenerated requirements across the supported branches.

Elsewhere. No functional charm changes, bug fixes or feature work merged this week — the activity was exclusively CI and tox maintenance across the release matrix.
