CI cleanup across the stable branches. The week was dominated by a sweep of CI refreshes that touched every supported release line: master plus Antelope, Bobcat, Caracal, Yoga, and Zed each received a dedicated cleanup pass, together accounting for roughly 8,200 lines of churn in test harness and gate configuration. The Yoga, Zed, and Antelope branches saw the largest net additions, while Caracal and Bobcat skewed toward removals, suggesting a mix of bringing older branches up to a current baseline and pruning obsolete scaffolding on newer ones. layer-basic runtime fix. A small fix for a layer-basic runtime error landed on master and was backported across three stable branches, four near-identical patches in total. The footprint is tiny (a few lines each) but the breadth of the backport indicates the bug affected every active release of the charm.
