PTL candidacies for 2027.1. The election repo took in fifteen candidacy filings for the 2027.1 cycle, spanning a broad slice of the project map: Openstack-Helm, Trove, Zaqar, Octavia, OpenStackSDK, Designate, Magnum, Keystone, Zun, Blazar, Telemetry, Kolla, Mistral, and Rally. One TC candidacy landed alongside the PTL filings. The Openstack-Helm submission dominated the churn at +96 lines, while most other candidacies came in between 10 and 30 lines.

Project roster adjustment. Venus was removed from the 2027.1 election, trimming the list of projects contesting PTL seats this cycle.
