UI labels and readability. The bulk of the week's work replaced raw enum values with human-readable labels across the load balancer forms. L7 policy and rule enums got the largest overhaul (991494), followed by pool algorithm and session persistence dropdowns, and smaller touch-ups to the "Redirect URL" label and the default Pool ID rendering (which now allows "None" to be translated). Health monitor help text was also reworded for clarity, and a note was added explaining when Pool Members are unavailable for configuration.

Fixes. A pluralization bug in the registry's
getName
was fixed by correcting the
ngettext
call, and the dashboard now handles the case where the
key-manager
service type is not enabled rather than assuming availability.

Maintenance. Three rounds of Zanata translation imports landed.
