openstack/openstack-ansible — Week of 2026-06-06

Resolute cycle bring-up. The bulk of the week's work points at the next release: a new set of Resolute CI jobs landed at ~200 lines, upgrade notes were added for the 2026.1 release, and documentation now mentions Ubuntu 26.04 support. Repository URLs across the tree were also retargeted to opendev.org, replacing older locations.

Inventory and scenarios. The dynamic inventory now populates physical_host_addr, giving roles a consistent attribute for the underlying host address. The Kubernetes scenario was decoupled from the infra scenario so it can be exercised independently, and package installation across distros was consolidated to reduce per-family branching. A couple of smaller cleanups removed the galera_disable_privatedevices and memcached_disable_privatedevices toggles and wired openstack_hosts_apt_pinned_packages through user_variables.

Maintenance. A Zun SHA bump, a Python auto-discovery warning silenced, glusterfs_reset_peers documentation, and two rounds of Zanata translation imports round out the week.
