Inventory and scenarios. The dynamic inventory now populates physical_host_addr, giving roles a consistent attribute for the underlying host address. The Kubernetes scenario was decoupled from the infra scenario so it can be exercised independently, and package installation across distros was consolidated to reduce per-family branching. A couple of smaller cleanups removed the galera_disable_privatedevices and memcached_disable_privatedevices toggles and wired openstack_hosts_apt_pinned_packages through user_variables.
