API surface. Two microversion bumps landed on the CLI. share list gains an availability_zone filter at 2.97, and migration_get_progress moves to a GET request at 2.98. Share-create also picked up clearer --share-type help text.

Bug fixes. Resource lock project and user filters were repaired — notably, two independent patches for the same defect merged in the same window. A unit-test tweak mocks sleep in ClientTest to cut runtime, and a new test covers unsetting a single share-type spec.

Docs. The CLI reference gained missing sections for share backup and share transfer, and a dead link plus a typo were cleaned up in contributing.rst.
