Instance upgrade UI. The headline addition is support for upgrading an instance from the Horizon panel, landing roughly 350 lines that wire a new upgrade action into the databases workflow. This is by far the week's most substantive functional change and accounts for the bulk of the churn.

UI polish. A cluster of small tweaks refined the database panels: the "Property" column was renamed to "Parameter", the Launch forms grew clarifying details about Volume Size, and the "Defaults" tab was retitled. Each landed as a paired change, suggesting cleanup of duplicate reviews on the same tweaks.

Maintenance. Four rounds of translation imports from Zanata rounded out the week.
