Maintenance. A quiet week centered on cleanup rather than new functionality. The most substantive code change replaces the panel's usage of oslo.log with Horizon's logging conventions. Alongside it, a run of small patches tightens translation strings — swapping literal text for variables passed to the translation system — and fixes several typos across the UI copy.

Translations and branching. Two Zanata import batches refresh translated strings, accounting for most of the week's churn. The stable/2026.2 branch was cut, with the usual trio of updates to .gitreview, TOX_CONSTRAINTS_FILE, and master version metadata.

Instance upgrade UI. The headline addition is support for upgrading an instance from the Horizon panel, landing roughly 350 lines that wire a new upgrade action into the databases workflow. This is by far the week's most substantive functional change and accounts for the bulk of the churn.

UI polish. A cluster of small tweaks refined the database panels: the "Property" column was renamed to "Parameter", the Launch forms grew clarifying details about Volume Size, and the "Defaults" tab was retitled. Each landed as a paired change, suggesting cleanup of duplicate reviews on the same tweaks.

Maintenance. Four rounds of translation imports from Zanata rounded out the week.

UI polish. The bulk of the human-authored work targets small but visible dashboard defects: page titles are now set across the instance views and Configuration Groups, connection-info text wrapping is fixed on the detail page, and the Available/Selected Networks widget writes its selection correctly again. Localization. Several strings that were previously passed as raw text now go through the translation system, button labels with formatting were corrected, and locality policy choices gained translations. Three proposal-bot imports from Zanata refreshed the actual message catalogs, accounting for most of the week's churn.

Stability. An AttributeError on Availability Zone creation was fixed, along with a small correction to the HEALTHY status key handling.

Packaging and Python support. Setup configuration was migrated to pyproject.toml, Python 3.10 was dropped from the supported set, and an unused python-subunit test dependency was removed.
