The bulk of the churn moved the plugin's build metadata off setup.cfg and onto pyproject.toml, alongside a hacking bump, a requirements pin to avoid conflicts with older releases, and the return of Python 3.10 to the supported set. Stray artifacts like .mailmap and babel.cfg were dropped, and lingering py27 support was cleaned out.

Test fixes. Two changes kept the suite running against current dependencies: test_container_expose_port was adjusted for the latest nginx image, and the image references used by tempest tests are now configurable rather than hard-coded, so deployments can point at their own registry.

Housekeeping. A typo pass and a README cleanup that strips old URL tags round out the week.
